How long does my order take to ship?
Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
During high-volume periods (such as new collection launches or holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days. we appreciate your patience as wee carefully hand-pour and package your items.

we primarily use uPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail to ensure your luxury fragrances arrive safely.
standard shipping: typically arrives in 3-7 business days after processing.
How to Track Your order ?
once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the artisanal Nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. we do not accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference.

Your satisfaction is our priority. if your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass) or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. contact us here.
Reporting Period: You must report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery.
resolution: upon verification, we will issue a replacement or a store credit for the value of the damaged item.
